This Refund Policy outlines how Optimum Regen Peptides (“ORP”, “we”, “our”) handles returns, refunds, and order issues.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales are generally final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or improperly handled.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required to verify the claim.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Delivery / Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
If a package is delayed or lost, customers should first contact the carrier using the provided tracking number.
ORP will assist where possible but does not guarantee refunds for carrier-related issues.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
